Fish Tales Cottage
|Fish Tales Cottage is a three bedroomed property - 2 double/twin rooms and a single, all with en-suite shower facilities. The guests have full use of the fully equipped kitchen and utility room and the studio/sitting room. The cottage is rented out on a self catering basis but breakfast can be cooked for you at a small additional charge. There is plenty of excellent 'pub grub' in the nearby vicinity.
For breakfast we use only local products, free range eggs and bacon and Cumberland sausage from our local butcher who use only local bred animals. With prior notice we can provide a 'breakfast pack' which you can cook yourselves to save you running around at the last minute for supplies.
Although we have a 'no pets' policy there is a boarding kennels in the village.

Mitchelland Farm Cottage
|Especially suitable for those requiring disabled facilities, with roll-in shower and shower wheelchair. Sitter service available from retired nurse/owner. Personal care by prior arrangement.
Situated on a small friendly working farm with wonderful views, 3 miles from Windermere.
Children welcome, sleeps 4 plus 1.

|A luxury self catering accommodation in Windermere, the Lake District.
We are situated midway between the Lake District villages of Windermere and Bowness in a quiet residential area but within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and Lake Windermere.
The apartments are located on the ground floor of our home "Winster House", being a split-level property. They are cosy and beautifully appointed with much thought having been given to your comfort and relaxation, each unit accommodating 2 persons.

|The Heaning is a beautiful Victorian gentleman's residence set amongst 8 acres of gardens and fields just one mile from Windermere village in the beautiful English Lake District.
The Heaning overlooks the beautiful Kentmere valley with spectacular views towards the Howgill Fells.
The Heaning has two types of self catering accommodation, stable cottages two-berth cottages converted from a seventeenth century coach house and stables, retaining many of the original features with large open beams stretching the length of the building. The larger barn cottages sleep either 4 or 6 people and were recently converted from a traditional 19th century Lakeland bank farm.

There is ample car parking space. A rotary line is provided for clothes drying in the garden. High chairs and cots are available at extra cost.

Brookside Holiday Cottage
|This pretty Cottage is a delightful traditional 19th Century Lakeland stone two bedroomed terrace cottage set in a quiet residential area in an ideal location between Windermere and Bowness convenient for shops, amenities and many excellent restaurants.
The cottage sleeps 2-4 and welcomes non-smoking guests.
This centrally heated authentic cottage is full of character, immaculately decorated and arranged over three floors comprising: entrance porch; sitting room with real wood burning stove, colour TV, video/DVD player and selection of games, dining kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer; 2 bedrooms, full bathroom with bath, shower and heated towel rail. There is a rear patio area overlooking Mill Beck and the cottage adjoins the well renowned village pub, The Brookside Inn!, enjoyed by both locals and holidaymakers. Ample on-street parking is available.
The front bedrooms has two single beds, double wardrobe and drawers for storage; the main bedroom overlooking the beck with two single wardrobes and a beautiful Cuban bed in antique pine, which has a luxury Winston Superior Sprung Mattress with Damask cover for extra support and comfort. The main bedroom also enjoys an en-suite wet room comprising shower, WC and washbasin.
The cottage is laid out over three floors and is therefore not suitable for the disabled.

|This Bowness-on-Windermere apartment sleeps six people and is located only a few minutes walk from the town centre. The property is located in a quite cul-de-sac at the heart of the town. The spacious apartment has a large living and dining area complete with everything which you would need in a self catering holiday apartment. This apartment has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms.
Many of the attractions less than 3/4 mile from the apartment include: The World of Beatrix Potter, the Lake Aquarium and the Lake Cruises from Bowness Bay.
