Tynedale has a variety of quality en-suite accommodation - family, twin, double or single rooms, all are tastefully furnished and equipped with colour TV and tea/coffee hospitality trays, there are also hairdryers and irons available for your use. All rooms are centrally heated and double glazed.
Children are very welcome at Tynedale and we do have a high chair if required.
Our delicious full english breakfast is a speciality which is rated 'second to none' by our guests, and for those who prefer a 'lighter' breakfast or for vegetarians we offer a variety of equally delicious alternatives. All meals are taken in our spacious, charming dining room.
Standing close to the C2C Cycle Way, Tynedale welcomes cyclists. Secure cycle storage and a pre-ordered hearty packed lunch.

Greenah Crag Bed and Breakfast Situated in a quiet yet accessible corner of the Lake District National Park, the farmhouse, which dates back to the 1700s with a later Victorian addition has been tastefully modernised and is fully centrally heated. Our guest accommodation comprises two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, and one twin bedded room with washbasin. All the bedrooms have tea/coffee making facilities. Guests are welcome to relax in the comfortable sitting room with its TV and woodburning stove - a cosy place on the coldest of days. Within four miles there is an excellent choice of pub/restaurants, each with an atmosphere and character of its own, and all serving bar snacks and full meals. The nearest is less than a mile away - a delightful 10 minute walk on a fine evening!

Lane Head Farm Lane Head Farm is run by husband and wife team Julie and Chris Newton. This former farmhouse has been sympathetically converted and modernised, while still retaining many of its original beams and features.
We offer seven quality en-suite rooms, all with colour TV's, hairdryers, complimentary tea trays and Lakeland toiletry sachets. There is ample private parking for nine cars.
Two of our rooms have Oak 4 Poster beds and we also have a double room on the ground floor. We can provide twin rooms if you prefer.
Breakfast and a 3 or 4 course evening meal are served here, offering good quality cuisine using local produce whenever possible.
For those who like a drink with their meal, we offer a selection of wines, beers and spirits.
Packed lunches are available and flasks filled on request.

Wordsworth Cottage is a charming, characterful and comfortable self-catering 17th century cottage in the heart of the Lake District- designed for up to 6 people. It retains characterful original features throughout, such as extensive exposed oak beams, an inglenook fireplace, and exposed stone. We offer a newly renovated, characterful accommodation with all of the essential elements for a Lake District holiday cottage: a woodburner, lots of beams, an Aga, oak floors, antique furniture, mixed with contemporary bathrooms, sumptuous soft furnishings and a beautiful garden.
The cottage has an idyllic location on the outskirts of Patterdale - a picturesque Lake District village on the shores of Ullswater. Once owned by William Wordsworth, the cottage dates back to 1670.
Ground floor:
Tiled entrance porch - with space for boots and walking gear...leads to:
Large Living Room - with a solid oak floor, oak beams - bearing the date 1670 - and the original spice cupboard.  Impressive Lakeland stone inglenook fireplace with woodburner. Comfortable sofas, drop leaf dining table - seating up to 6. 37" TV, with HD Freesat, DVD and Wireless Broadband, CD player and Digital Radio.
Snug - Solid Oak floor, original fitted oak cupboard & shelves, Seating for 4, Feature fireplace. TV with Sky Freesat and Video player.

Patterdale Hall Coach House Coach House Mews
In the 19th Century Listed stable block on Patterdale Hall Estate, we have made three roomy, comfortable holiday properties. Two of the Coach Houses are on the first floor, above what was once the coach-houses and tack-room; the third, which has good wheelchair access without steps, is on the ground floor.
Because of the situation of the stable block (which is built on a sloping bank) all three Coach Houses give splendid views of the wooded gardens of the Estate, and the hills which form its background.
The Coach Houses have been furnished to a high standard of comfort.
Pets allowed, by arrangement, in Bannerdale and Martindale.
Parking is available close by.

Unique accommodation ideal for two people. The original building, which is listed, was built at the same time as The Hall during the first half of the 19th Century. The Dairy is situated in a sheltered position away from the main buildings.
