Langdale Chase Hotel

Langdale Chase Hotel The foundation stone for the building itself was laid in 1890, and the house took some five years to complete. It was first opened as a hotel in 1930.
Large imposing rooms, oak-panelled and mellowed with the years, a collection of fine oil paintings, ornate carved fireplaces and the magnificent oak staircase tell their own story of a hotel rich in history and character.
The house is listed as one of national and historic interest. Hilltop B&B Hill Top is an attractive, modern detached house on an elevated 3/4 acre site with ample secure parking and an adjacent field with extensive views over the lakeland hills. Mary and Philip Burton have perfected this Les Routiers award winning bed and breakfast, to offer all the little extras discerning guests have come to expect from a small luxury guest house.

The Heaning The Heaning is a beautiful Victorian gentleman's residence set amongst 8 acres of gardens and fields just one mile from Windermere village in the beautiful English Lake District.
The Heaning overlooks the beautiful Kentmere valley with spectacular views towards the Howgill Fells.
The Heaning has two types of self catering accommodation, stable cottages two-berth cottages converted from a seventeenth century coach house and stables, retaining many of the original features with large open beams stretching the length of the building. The larger barn cottages sleep either 4 or 6 people and were recently converted from a traditional 19th century Lakeland bank farm.

Hill Top is a friendly, affordable, small, unregulated site standing on raised grassy ground above, but well separated from the owner’s bed and breakfast accommodation.
